Joanne Marie Barlow

Partner

Joanne is the partner in charge of our property department. She began her career at CMA in 1992 as a trainee solicitor and after qualifying in 1994, she focused on private client work. In 1995, Joanne soon found herself operating a very busy residential conveyancing department with good support staff.

In 1999, Joanne became a partner and passed the bulk of the residential conveyancing work to Naomi Everett so she could begin to focus on commercial property work.

Joanne undertakes work for developers on large scale housing schemes. She acts for owners of land & buildings (both commercial & residential) on other property related issues and acts for landlords and tenants in both multi-let buildings and smaller properties. In addition to this, she continues to undertake some residential conveyancing work.
