Kimberley Morton

Kimberley is a specialist in the Crime Department. She is solicitor who also has Higher Rights of Audience.

Kimberley joined the firm in 2001. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor she trained as a psychiatric nurse and worked for a number of years in this profession. She is a member of the Bolton magistrate’s court and police station duty rotas. She regularly attends clients arrested and detained at the police station for all types of allegations.

Kimberley Morton obtained her higher rights of advocacy in 2005 and now attends the crown court on a daily basis. This involves representing clients for often very serious and high profile cases and conducting trials.
