Notary Public

Mr. David Arkwright is not only a Solicitor, but also a Notary Public and has been practising as such for over 40 years. A Notary’s main task is to attest the executions and signature of documents for use abroad.

Where necessary, a Notary will obtain legalisation of his signature and seal from the Consul of the country to which the document is being sent or (more commonly now) will obtain an Apostille from the Foreign and Commonwealth office in London.

Where individuals are unable to attend the office to execute documents Mr. Arkwright will make a home visit by appointment.
