Disputes

Disputes sometimes arise following a death when someone wishes to contest the validity of a Will or to claim against the Estate as a dependant of the Deceased.

We act on behalf of people wishing to make such a claim as well as acting for Executors or Administrators who are defending a claim. We advise upon the avenues open to each party and their likelihood of success.

We also specialise in disputes relating to Trusts and Trustees.

We attempt to negotiate settlements where possible and, where not, we represent clients at mediations and at Court.
