- It is the responsibility of the Seller's Solicitor to prepare the contract for Sale.
- The Buyer's Solicitor's responsibility to investigate the title, not only on behalf of the Buyer, but the Buyer's chosen Lender for mortgage purposes.
- The usual length of a conveyancing transaction is approximately 6-8 weeks and, although this period can prove to be quite stressful, we will do our best to provide you with the calm and thoughtful expertise you expect to receive from your chosen professional.
