Notary Public
Mr. David Arkwright is a Notary Public and has been practising as such for over 30 years. A Notary's main task is to attest the executions and signature of documents for use abroad.
Where necessary, a Notary will obtain legalisation of his signature and seal from the Consul of the country to which the document is being sent or (more commonly now) will obtain an Apostille from the Foreign and Commonwealth office in London.
Where individuals are unable to attend the office to execute documents Mr. Arkwright will make a home visit by appointment.
Licensing
Setting up and operating a pub, club or other place of entertainment will involve you not only with the courts, but with various other statutory authorities, such as the fire department, police and planning authorities. It is all too easy to fall foul of the intricate regulations which abound in this field and the results could be costly. By using our experience, you can avoid the difficulties and concentrate on running a successful business.
